Flats like this are so incredibly rare, with an insane 1578 ft2, it had more space than many local houses, but the location wasn't for everyone. We had to kiss a lot of frogs with this one! 19 viewings later we accepted an offer at £440,000 which sadly fell through at a late stage in the sale (and at a point where the market had slipped considerably), so after a really dogged few weeks kissing loads more frogs we found a prince charming who completed on the sale within 6 weeks!
