Graham Colliss is our founder and sales director. A soon to be father of two, he is seasoned estate agent of 20 years, who is committed to transparency. Graham has always loved his job, but not the reputation that goes with it and wished industry practises would improve. He spent the last five years assembling and running what was one of the most successful teams at the UK’s largest agency but had a vision of creating a truly transparent company that was in the customers favour. Graham has a deep love for food and wine and is a keen amateur chef who loves a BBQ too, he can often be found hosting and takes great joy from feeding his friends, family and colleagues.

Melina Michael is our lettings director. Melina has worked in prime central London lettings and high-end international retail for the last 12 years, equipping her with the charm, character and eye for detail needed to run our lettings department. Melina was raised in Crystal Palace and worked for a local agent in Dulwich when she first met Graham over a decade ago. An avid foodie and baker, Melina also has an affinity for horses and is a keen show jumper who has also recently established her own horse breeding programme. A mother of one, Melina keeps her own zoo too, which comprises of many horses, three dogs, two cats and seven chickens!

Michael O’Flaherty is our resident photographer, who is an ex-estate agent too. Having lived and worked in the Crystal Palace area for over 11 years, Michael left estate agency in early 2020 to pursue his undoubted gift for property photography. He remembers his interview with Graham well at the Gastronomia Deli, West Dulwich in November 2017, where he bought into the vision to join Graham in providing better service and more transparency in Estate Agency. Michael’s choice to leave agency and pursue photography was one of those watershed moments in his family’s life and we thank him for it. He’s also a busy dad of two as well as a delusional golfer and footballer who often laments his injuries for not turning pro, well, we’re glad you didn’t Mike.

Natalie Raggio is our ultra-organised admin goddess! In charge of client accounts, property management and admin, she runs a tight ship and has proven her worth time and time again. A mother of two wonderful girls who also donates her time to a charity that supports those with a very rare syndrome. Natalie is in a fortunate position in that she has worked in various functions for different London estate agents over the last 18 years, including front end client facing roles and major accounting roles too, which gives her an incredibly rounded experience allowing her to better serve our customers. She loves a DIY project and can often be found walking her chocolate cockapoo!
